We should take /fly from donators (and even investors once VIP is done) and take /spawner off all of them, or atleast restrict it. For example, Jarczyk has a witch spawner... that is far too overpowered. Also, we should add an anti-xray system where all the floor looks like ores until you mine it, so xraying is impossible.
